Garden Wisdom is part of the amazing line up of events about gardening and farming in Australia.
Come and join us, on saturday november 9th, from 10-12. We will be doing a garden tour, showing what's possible in a traditional suburban backyard. Retrofitting our neighbourhood is possible, come to visit us to know how Karen started this project!
We are proudly connected with Degrowth Network Australia, Permaculture Victoria and Transition Towns, we are building a network of gardeners in the southern part of Melbourne, to create sense of community around gardening, sustainability. We are focus in enhance community resilience and food sovereignty. If you are curious about what's all this about, come and discover the endless power of empowered individuals that follow the "Garden Wisdom".
Here some pictures of the garden and how, the love and care we grow, comeback to us as food. We are spiritually connected with our produce, since we grow them as seed, until we harvest and start another season. We learn everyday from nature and we found joy in the flavours of the garden with minimal spaces or seasoning, check the pictures below about our path to grow our food, homesteading and community resilience.
