A world of reconciliation

I recognise First Nations People as the traditional custodians of the land.

Per thousands of years they have taken care of our landscape, protecting animals, bodies of water, bush, forest, human and non human life, understanding nature as a Mother, as part of the family, were we -ALL- belong.

I have my heart open to continue learning how to care for this land and I do my work at the disposal of reconciliation, for a more decolonized world-minset-practices.

I took a series of pictures this year at the invasion day, was a summer day, more than 30 degrees, and I found a beautiful latinoamerican group adding colour and andean music to the walk, we were there as migrants, as citizens of Earth, as daughters and sons of the sun, all walking together for acknowledgement, healing and reconciliation.

And I post them to share a fragment of first nation stories, were we gather to support their vision and demands, we gather in solidarity to hold space for healing because "White Australia has black History".

First Nations have my word, I will work for a world of reconciliation.

Lots of love,

Ninna Mar
